Pre condition : OE is going ON / Not going ON
Allow Company Admin Workflow set to YES on Admin creation.
Replication steps :
1) Admin Login
2) Search Employee
3) Click on Make Changes / Navigate to Initiate QE Page
4) Raised one QE
5) Automatically navigate to Demographics Page
6) Save that Page
Issue : QE workflow is not started by using Admin Login

Now, QE workflow are raised by using Admin Login.
When employee login status is incomplete then QE workflow and Bookmarking is working properly.
When Employee Login status is complete and we traversed QE workflow , if Admin logout from in between pages and login again then we directly navigate to employee home page.
Replication steps :
1) Admin Login
2) Search Employee which Employee Login Status is Complete
3) Raised QE and Travesed QE mode
4) Admin Logout from Spouse / Enroll Now Pages
5) Login Again
6) Search that employee then it directly navigate to Home Page
