OE dashboard -> When OE start date and OE end date for multiple companies are selected and cleared values from Clear date it still persist on Dashboard.

      Description

      Steps to repro :-
      1.Select OE start date and OE end date from dashboard of 2 companies
      2.Clear one of that date .
      attached screenshot -

      Actual results :- Other values still persists on Dashboard
      Expected results :- It should clear all values(dates)

            Concern: OE dashboard -> When OE start date and OE end date for multiple companies are selected and cleared values from Clear date it still persist on Dashboard.

            Cause: Change event of calendar control not was not properly triggered.

            Correction: We have handle this by checking active element of calendar control and find change event.
