Scenarios :
1) User Completed QE Mode
2) Raised another QE
3) Logout from Spouse / Enroll Now - Dental Page
4) Login again and search same employee

NOTE : CA directly navigate to Employee Home Page . If we cleared cache and search that employee then CA gets both QE mode . Same problem not exist for Employee Login

Scenario:
Class wise OE > On
Initiate QE during OE > Yes

1. CA Login > Employee work flow > initiate QE > Few pages of flow > BenAdmin Home Page
2. Add Employee > Add Employee > Search Employee > direct QE flow started for Employee ( QE was initiated for previous employee)

When checked with partner login for that Employee Enroll Now screen only one event OE was active.

Now Start OE and Initiate QE during OE set To YES
Add another employee
search that employee
traversed OE workflow

NOTE : Displayed QE landing page. If we clear cache than it properly displayed OE landing page

Hello Priya Dhamande,

Concern : LB | CA | Bookmarking doesn't work when Employee flow is run number of times

Cause : Session variable values remains same though we search another employee

Correction : Clear the value of necessary session variables.

Impacted Areas: CA all workflow

Affected files: SharedFunctionWebTier.cs

Following issue is observed during testing of cache patch.

Environment: LB
Company: Hub Priya
Login: CA

CA Login > Employee Class wise flow > Traverse pages > Come back to Landing Page > Select Initiate QE link > QE date should be lesser effective than OE.

Ideally, QE flow should start but OE flow continues and later QE flow is started.

Also, logged into the Employee login, to check the flow. Here also, Class OE flow continued with QE later

This issue replicates only once.

Verified above mentioned scenarios on LB and it is working fine.

Other modes verification is in progress.

Verified above mentioned scenarios on Stage.
Working Fine

Environment: Stage
Company: Nexion for hspl
Login: CA

The cache scenarios mentioned are verified on Stage and its working fine. So, moving jira on Production.

Environment: Production
Company: Deep south for hspl
Login: CA

The issue of cache is resolved and verified on production. So, closing patch on Production.
