Hello,
Per the client:
Issue: Yesterday I updated the User Defined Field- Life and ADD Insurance 50K field, for all active employees. I needed to choose “not elected” or “elected”. I made this BCC Admin Change effective 4/1/17 for all employees.
I inadvertently updated this for three terminated employees and this caused the termination date to change for these employees resulting in credits on the bill for Oct.
Please see Helen Carnes as an example. Her history shows that changing her UDF caused her termination date to change from 6/30/17 to 4/1/17. I tried to undo the error by using a BCC admin change effective 4/1/17 again and removing the UDF selection. This did not correct the error.
Please see the billing adjustments below that should not be occurring.

Query: Should the termed as never effective cost i.e. one which is effective from 4/1 be terminated with 9/30?

We have corrected Enrollment and Billing related data for mentioned 3 employees. Have verified the invoice and mentioned 3 employees are not appearing on Oct 2017 invoice.

We have corrected the data for mentioned employees except for their elections related to EHCW Fee plan.
Below are the scenarios and queries:
Employee: CARNES HELEN
Plan: EHCW Fee
Scenario: This election was first termed with 6/30 then with 6/1 and then with 4/1.
Query: What should be actual termination date for this election?
Employee: FLORES MARGARITA
Plan: EHCW Fee
Scenario: This election got terminated with date 9/30 on 9/6.
But there is problem with cost table.
For span 1/1 to 3/31 it got rate EHCW with cost $30.68
For span 4/1 to 9/30 it got rate EHCW 2017 with cost $41.63
On 9/7, this elections cost effective with 4/1 was termed as never effective.
Query: Should the termed as never effective cost i.e. one which is effective from 4/1 be terminated with 9/30?
Please update us on above 2 queries so that these 2 can be corrected too.
