Verified this issue on Stage,It is getting reproduced on Stage.
Schedule shift services are not reflected schedule start date on dashboard after setting OE file due date.Hence , i'm assigning this to you,After resolving issue ,Reassign to me.Please let me know,if any query.

Please find below 3C'S

Concern: Schedule shift services are not reflected schedule start date on dashboard after setting OE file due date

Cause: There are two point were service not executed.
1)SQL Agent was stop of stage due to this service not executed on stage from 9/29/2017 to 10/9/2017.
2) There was code is issue while comparing the ID dynamic query.

Correction: for point first Ashwin Wankhede has started SQL Agent of stage. Now service will execute on stage. for second point we have fixed code issue.

Please check and let me know if details.
