            Hi Hrishikesh Deshpande,

            Please find the Below C's:-

Concern: When clicked on Recalculate rates, blank popup is getting displayed for partner user.
Cause: This is scenario and environment specific issue. For security purpose, we have page level access for all routines. In case of multiple Recalculate Rate routine in SA utility, the page level access was not set in STAGE for partner user.
Correction: We have added page level access for partner (similar to SA Utility page).

            Hi darryn.carter

We have provided page level access of SA Utility for Partner on Stage. We have verified Rate calculation on stage and observed that it's working as expected. Please verify at your end and let me know your observation.

            Thanks,
            Mahendra
