Concern : WT-11189 Export > Already reported employee termination in OE again exported on OE file
Cause : Scenario is not checked for terminated employee on OE file.
Correction : Scenario is checked(Condition added)
Affected Areas : Any Company--->Manual Import/Export

Hi Punam Satpute,

Created below Scenarios to test this fix on LB on For QA ASML for HSPL

1) SA utility Plan Term in ongoing OE,
2) Employee Termination ongoing OE ,
3) OE enrollment for next year.

Exported file in OE (Current yes and Future YES) and observed that Employee Termination is not exported on file .
The Employee's plans were previously terminated with OE set up component (-13) . Now in OE when employee is terminated . It is expected to pull all the terminations of employee on file but getting no records found on template

Template name: Test OE

Can you please check this and update accordingly ?

Cause : Scenario is missed for Employee whose plans were terminated with OE setup component(Before OE period), and whose employment is terminated during OE period.

Correction : We have added check for considering those employee.

Created scenarios and terminated enrollments through OE set component . Started OE on for QA for ASML for HSPL Company on stage. Will check the scenarios on file tomorrow and update accordingly

Continuing with yesterday's testing Verified the file in Ongoing OE with below scenarios

1) Terminating Employees with 12/31/2017 in OE
2) Terminating Plans in Ongoing OE from Employee Benadmin with 12/31/2017
3) Terminating Plans in Ongoing OE through SA Utility 12/31/2017
4) Next Year Enrollment Basic Life

Exported the file in Ongoing OE with current Yes and Future YES flag settings and observed only Terminated Employee's Medical and Basic Life enrollments exported on file . Which is as expected.

Will continue testing with OE file testing tomorrow.

Observed that . No Records getting exported on OE Files. So Reopened WT-9992 and keeping this on hold till it gets fixed

Verified these scenarios again on LB and confirmed that records on the file during OE and after OE (OE file) are proper and as expected for below tested scenarios

1) During OE Election Termination - EOY and Before EOY
2) Employee Termination during OE
3) SA utility terminations during OE
4) Enrollment changes in OE
5) New year enrollments in OE
6) OE Set Up component terminations

Ready for Stage Deployement

Issue fixed with Pre-prod Build.
