1.Login with Application
2.Login With Partner
3.Go to Company Benadmin Home > Form Builder
4.Go to any Form > add Fields > Go to Field settings
5.Click on field Rule Engine > Select Condition Type > Save

Please find following 3C's:
Concern: Functional-City of Durham-Partner Loin - Form Builder- Design Page Layout- Field Rule Engine - Server error
Cause: blank space was not handled in Fixed value . So it was giving server error
Correction:Now blank space is handled and it is working properly.
