      Description

      Example: map WorktedHoursPerWeek and set it to NULL for few employees, set NULL replacement character to template or field, this will give server error on export.

          *Concern : WT-11300 NULL replacement character giving server error for decimal type fields.
          *Cause : Condition is missed for null replacement character i.e. why causing issue.
          *Correction : Now condition is added to handle null replacement character.
          *Affected Areas : Any Company--->Manual Import Export

          Verified this issue by mapping WorkedHoursPerWeek and set it to NULL for few employees,
          It is not giving server error .It is working as expected
