Schedule getting saved without an Email Address

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to report section.
2. Click on Schedule bubble.
3. Create new schedule or edit existing schedule
4. Fill all mandatory information except Email address
5. Click on save button.

Actual Result: Schedule getting saved even validation fire for Email address.
Expected Result: Schedule should not be save when validation fire for email address.
