      Description

      Replication Steps:

      Customization : Configure Additional Form in Form Builder and Save

      1.Login With Employee
      2.Traverse Self Serve Mode
      3.Go to additional Form
      4.Observe/ Compare configured Form Preview with Actual Appearing form

      Actual : Configued forms fields are missing on Form which is appearing for employee

      Expected : Additional form should be exactly same as configured in form builder

            Hi Priya Handepatil ,

            THis is as per system bahevior. For data1 field, No Rights are set for Employee login. So field is not displayed for employee login.
