      Description

      Getting server error on Employee delete -

      Company - Marquette

      ErrorID : 0
      ErrorSource : ControllerAppTier.Delete->BenAdminControllerAppTier.Delete->SAUtilityToolBox.Delete->SAUtilityToolBox.DeleteEmployeesAndDependents
      ErrorMessage: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_pm.RaisedEventBuilder_dbo.Employee_ID". The conflict occurred in database "MarquetteTransportation_1310", table "dbo.RaisedEventBuilder", column 'EmployeeID'.

            This error is observed on 3 companies on stage. please look into this on priority.
            same error on Karma main company on Stage.

            Concern : Getting server error while deleting employee from SA Utility.
            Cause: Employee was not deleted from RaisedEventBuilder table. So, getting foreign key constraint error.
            Correction: Added delete employee statement from RaisedEventBuilder table at employee deletion for SA Utility.
