            Hi Nathaniel Cornejo-Walker,

            Yes, we were able to investigate the cause by looking into history of that template. The import was failing if "Rehired date" was marked as "is required" and successful otherwise. But it was an issue anyway.

            This was resolved under WT-10944 and is under testing. It'' be deployed on prod as per schedule. Closing this one as its duplicate.

            hi Suraj Sokasane . this failed because i had "rehired date" as a required field. Once i removed that requirement, i was able to load the file.
