Hi Prasad Pise,

Verified below scenarios on Clarke for hspl production but its not reproduced at our end through import.

1) Imported additional form data through import. - import done successfully
2) Updated additional form data through import- import done successfully
3) Traverse the OE and new-hire mode
4) Tried to save and continue additional form multiple time, no duplicate entries found on UI.
5) Added entries of Health Care for two Married Employees, Sick Leave Balance, State Health Website, Tobacco Usage through import at same time and updated.
6) In workflow saved all the forms by updating through UI, no duplicate entries found.
7) For adding additional data and updating through import, import done successfully.
8) Verified for single and multiple employees.

Please try to repro this issue on EDS. Jayshree tried this on Import but it is not getting reproduced.

Hi Hrishikesh Deshpande,

Verified to reproduce the duplicate entries issue on Production on Hspl copy but could not do so. I tried this through the New Hire Mode,OE Mode and also through QE mode. Also tried it through approval but could not reproduce it.

Hi @Debbie,

Issue of Import failed was due to duplicate entris in Employee Form.
It was corrected and import worked fine but this issue not getting reproduced at our end.

We will keep track of such issues in case it occurs again.
