Disys - Move to Production - Smoke Test

      Description

      Please find attached the Disys UAT sign off and the access request log to begin the Smoke Test process. Smoke test time frame 10/20 - 10/25, for release on 10/25. We will not access the site during this time. Can you please ensure the items we are requesting below are completed before it is released back to us? This will help to reduce any rework on both ends.

      NUMBER OF ADMIN SEATS NEEDED
      *Please set up 4 seats

      *ADMINISTRATOR RIGHT SET UP (E.G. POLICY TYPE AND PERMISSION)
      *Please set up the UHC/UMR Admin Rights Policy

      *DASHBOARD SETTING PARAMETERS (PARTNER ACCESS)
      *Please set up Partner Access

      *SET THE RECEIVE EMAIL DEFAULT TO “YES” (BACKEND DEFAULT) AND UPDATE ANY EXISTING EMPLOYEE RECORDS TO “YES”
      *Please set all test employees loaded in the site to “yes” in the backend for the Receive Email field – Please make sure the backend setting is set to yes so when a new employee is added it will automatically set them to “yes” and also set all loaded employees to “yes”.

      *OTHER ITEMS
      *Please copy over any documents that have been pre – loaded in the stage site to the new prod site.

      Could you please also perform an audit on the enrollments in the following benefits to ensure that the rates and coverages are correct?

            We have moved "DISYS" from stage to production.

            below mentioned points for the moved company.

            1. Make proper company module mapping
            2. Save EDS and theme
            3. Login to the site with Partner/Broker/Employee role and make sure all pages are displayed
            4. Dashboard configuration

            a) Is there any employee with blank Gender
            b) Is there any employee with blank Payroll Schedule
            c) Is there any employee with blank effective date

            Below task are completed.

            I have completed the Company Move testing for " Disys for HSPL" on Production environment with respect to Stage copy.
            Two issue are reported which needs to be updated for Main company.
            WT-11729

            Attached here with Checklist for more details.

            *Note : *Forms Library, Company Logo, Plan Logos cannot be verified for HSPL copy on production. There are no forms on Stage as such.

            Jennifer Philp doesn't show that she has access to DISYS in Prod. She is currently on the Access list. Could you please review and ensure that all on the access list has access to DISYS in prod?
