Thank you and what do you mean "We have corrected path for Video in Video Information"? Can you explain to me what I needed to do to obtain you you correction?

Hi Yashau MacShate,

As you mention that, both the videos were same this means path for the video in Video Information must be same. But for LTD file name was "Disability Insurance (1).flv" instead of "Disability Insurance.flv". We have corrected this file name so that system can fetch proper video while playing it for LTD.

The video is working people for LTD and STD both plan.

This issue is not getting reproduced tried below scenarios:

1]Added new Video ---- Cross Verified in employee tunnel for the plan.
2]Added, Updated video multiple times before click on save button
3]Deleted the video and added again before click on save button
4]Try to add 2nd video, It is showing a proper validation message
5]Cross verified by adding other videos for Spanish and French languages.
6]verified on Mozzila, Chrome, IE
7]Vedio played properly in employee tunnel for the plan.

We have tried all possible scenarios through UI this issue is not getting reproduced.
This issue has occurred because the wrong file uploaded through the backend.
