Hello,
I have a video both loaded in STD and LTD video Library in stage. They are the same. The video will not play when in the open enrollment tunnel under LTD but it does play when in the STD screen. They are the same video and I am unable to reload them because they were created and loaded by development last year because the original files were to large and Development compressed and changed them. I cannot even load the file to this ticket because it is too large. How can I get the video to work in the library for LTD?
I have tried to convert to .avi and the file was too big to upload. I was unable to find a free compressor. Please assist.
