Cause: 'WORKTERRA.ControllerAppTier' service was throwing an error. Probability this file might have got corrupted
Correction: Binaries from the stage build machine were rebuild and deployed
We have requested Clare computer to give the audit details of this machine for the specified time
[Samir]: Audit detail didn’t specified any activity which can corrupt the file. We are not able to find the root cause up till now. However we have experienced twice in the month of October that stage network had an outage.
Ticket has been raised with Clare computers to investigate this issue further.
