      Description

      Concern: Stage down; Can log in but getting a blank screen or a server error.
      Date: 24th Oct:
      Time: 9:07 AM PST to 10:42 AM PST
      Cause: 'WORKTERRA.ControllerAppTier' service was throwing an error. Probability this file might have got corrupted
      Correction: Binaries from the stage build machine were rebuild and deployed
      We have requested Clare computer to give the audit details of this machine for the specified time

          [Samir]: Audit detail didn’t specified any activity which can corrupt the file. We are not able to find the root cause up till now. However we have experienced twice in the month of October that stage network had an outage.

          Ticket has been raised with Clare computers to investigate this issue further.

          Issue: Stage was down for approximately two hours, 9:07am - 10:42am PST

          Root Cause Type: Platform, Third Party

          Root Cause: Clare Computer confirmed their router went down for two hours on this date

          Solution: Clare added more monitoring and alerts to be proactively aware of these outages

          This issue caused because of changes done by Verizon. AS of now there is no action Items are pending at our end. Hence closing this ticket.
