      Description

      Hi,

      Per the client:

The newest problem I am having is that after an EE has enrolled in a Medical plan, the Admin Fee is not dropping from the Confirmation Statement. The test person I have been using to test this is ADMIN TEST.

I have attached the print screens that shows the Admin Plan correctly displaying when I have waived medical (first two screen shots) but then does not drop the Admin Plan from the Confirmation Statement when the EE elects a medical plan (third and fourth screen shots).

Additionally, I believe this issue has caused an error with the loading of the system. This issue has caused the enrollment of over 600 Employees in the Admin Fee plan, when they should not have been in the plan at all. Attached you will find a list of all of the employees incorrectly placed in the Admin Fee plan. When the issue has been resolved, could you please have Development remove their enrollment from the Admin Fee plan?

Please note, we need to submit the UAT this Friday (10/27), if you could please take a look at this and let us know what we can do to fix this, it would be most appreciated.

      Thank you!
      Kira Hamilton
