TIBCO - AD&D Enroll Now screen removed from the workflow

      Description

      TIBCO is currently in OE. BCC is telling me that yesterday the Voluntary AD&D screen was in the workflow.

      This morning they started receiving complaints from their client that employees were not seeing the voluntary AD&D. When they went to the Employee Data Screens (screen shot below) the Voluntary AD&D had been removed from the workflow.

      Can you please tell me who move it asap
