We have done the initial analysis,

Import utility is not assigning the core plan to the desired employee that we checked. We will need to check the root cause and fix it on the import utility.
This will be fixed by tomorrow (11/3/17)

There are 4 newhire rules, all are based on UDF from employee demographic page and none of the loaded employee has value assigned in the particular UDF

Hi Amit Thorve,

I have scanned data of Reinforced Earth. there are 147 employees not having core plans.These employees were loaded yesterday. and all are new-hires. (they set new-hire window of 365 days)
They have 4 new hire rules and all have eligibility on newhire rehire status UDF. This udf is not mapped in import template and hence is NULL, which results in employee are not getting eligible for new plans.
On HSPL, I mapped this field and and tried import. its working perfectly there

Correction: Need to change customization to overcome this issue.
