OE Dashboard is not fetching all templates for selected companies. When the Dashboard page loads initially it loads without any data.
User is not able to download the entire snapshot due to this issue. It is kid of show stopper for me. This was working earlier.

Jennifer Reed - it appears that this bug has been fixed by NOT ALLOWING quotes in notes. Not sure if you wish to hold this back. In any case, this could be treated low priority. CC Amit Thorve Cindy Wibbing Van Nguyen
