Concern: OE Dashboard is not fetching all Templates

Cause: As we checked found that there are two OCSD company level template's which has carrier contact added inside quote's, due this it would not able parse data properly and load table. Please find below company level template snap.

1) OCSD_ESI_EGWP File
2) OCSD VSP_834 5010

Correction: As of now we removed quote from carrier contact of above template's and now open enrollment dashboard shows all template's. Will handle this condition in code also so this kind issue will not occurred again.

We have handle this on template note screen to not allowed special characters like *?<>:|`"/ into carrier contact fields.

Affected Files: TemplateNotes.cshtml
Impacted Areas: Template Note and Open enrollment dashboard screen

Verified this issue on LB.It is again reproducing on LB with following steps:-
1.Login to Workterra
2.Select company
3.Create template
4.Click on Notes
5.Insert data with " " in Carrier contact

Actual result :- All templates are getting invisible on OE dashboard

As we checked and we found that LB check in was missed. Now we have corrected check in. Please check this on LB

Jennifer Reed - it appears that this bug has been fixed by NOT ALLOWING quotes in notes. Not sure if you wish to hold this back. In any case, this could be treated low priority. CC Amit Thorve Cindy Wibbing Van Nguyen
