TIBCO - Password Reset is not working

      Description

      When an employee of TIBCO uses the “forgot password” link they are able to go through the entire process of updating the password BUT when they try to login using the updated Password they get “Please check your Login Credentials”. This has happened to multiple employees and I have also test with Suzeth Lara in production by entering my email address and going through the process. And I was not able to log in.

      Please advise as soon as possible. This group is currently in OE
