SLO - Has Medicare not working for Domestic Partner

Barrington Dymott has a Domestic Partner Bonnie Lauer. They both loaded into the system with their Medicare Information correctly, but still showed up on the load file error report as Error(s) : Employee does not satisfy plan design eligibility.

After looking into their record and the plan they should have been loaded into (Anthem Choice PPO EE(M) SP (M) Both EGWP), it appears as if the system is not able to read Bonnie’s Medicare information as the system is only offering the plans in which the spouse does not have Medicare (please see attached screenshot).

I have tried updating the Eligibility Rule to include ‘Is Domestic Partner Medicare equal to Yes’ but that did not fix the issue of the EE + SP Medicare plans showing. I have since removed that additional rule, so my rule is back to the way it was originally.

The plan itself is built on the General Plan Design Tab to say – Allow Domestic Partner Coverage = BOTH; and on the Eligibility Rules tab the Spouse Relationship = Spouse and Domestic Partner.

Could you please take a look as to why the system is not reading the Medicare information of the Domestic Partner? We are to submit a report of the loaded information to the group no later than tomorrow at Noon, so if you could please have a response back to us by then it would be most appreciated!
