There are several people missing the health tier policy # on the electronic file, but has their # listed under SA Utility.
Example:
Employee: William Lahner
Filename where health tier mapping went missing: _WNC20171103_010634_55032258538.txt
Filename the week prior to that had policy # in tact.
A full list of employees with missing group #'s were emailed to Amit Thorve that contains SSNs.
