Below are a list of employees who’s OE elections appear to have gone live prior to the 1/1/18 date that it should be effective. Looking at the date the elections were made, it was clearly during OE.
1. I reviewed the records for the below employees. It appears they were able to enroll in benefits under the NH window during OE. None of the below employees are NH's and should not be getting a NH window.
A.. Can you confirm why the New Hire window was opened for the below list of employees:
B. I need to have the NH elections removed and entered as OE elections effective 01/01/2018.
C. Confirm if other employees are affected

2. The below employees deductions for the STD grandfathered plan did not appear on the payroll file. The STD grandfathered plan was terminated effective 12/31/2017. However, the deductions should have continued through the last pay period of the year.
