      Description

      When Optimum was moved to production the files did not move correctly. Please see the list below. When you click on the files below you get the "file not found" error

      Under benefit descriptions and form library

      • SBC Medical EPO C1 – this says form not found
      • Claim form C1 –says form not found
      • Always Care dental – form not found
      • Always Care vision is not working
      • Pan Am Medical Policy C2 is not working
      • SPD Pan Am C2 is not working
      • Pan Am Policy C2 not working
