Password Policy -> Policy not generated properly for some scenario through UI and Import

Add employee Through UI or import
Email gets triggered

Pre-requisites for scenario 1 - In security setting Check Employee ID and Password generation.
steps - Add employee through UI or Import
Mails gets trigerred
Observed in triggered mail, password policy is generated as "Password is employee ID"
But employee ID is not given while adding employee,
Expected - System must show as Please contact to Your administrator.

Pre-requisites for Scenario 2 - In security setting don't select any of the option and also in Password don't select any option
Steps - Add employee through UI or import
Mail gets trigerred
Observed in triggered mail, Policy generated as "YOUR" which is incorrect
Expected - System must show as Please contact to Your administrator.
