Intrepid Child Life Plans sending 2018 Term Records on Payroll File

Can you help my friend? We are seeing 2018 term records for several elections in the payroll file. Can you assist and tell us what is causing this?
Group Template: Intrepid USA Payroll File 2017
Template Settings: Current Year flag on all templates is YES, Future FLag is YES
Note below from CE and Client:

Griselda called me and stated that it looks like her payroll file has some OE 1/1/2018 entries on her payroll file (we looked up a few). That shouldn't have come across yet. She will go ahead and remove all 1/1/2018 entries from the payroll file before she loads it today so she wants to make sure that when we do send the OE Payroll file that it is a FULL file.

Can you advise about next week payroll file? Why is OE items being passed on the file already? Thank you for your review and guidance on this.

Griselda will fix the file manually so you don't have to re run the file unless you feel that is needed. This is the 2nd week we had to manually fix the payroll file so let me know what you need on this.
