FDU - rates are showing incorrectly

Hi,
For FDU in prod, there was a rate that was tied inadvertently to the POS plan.
the rate is now named: Old 2018 Mid Range POS Regular Rate
I changed the rates to zero and I updated the termination date to 1/1/18.
Through SA utility I recalculated the rate to remove it from the enrollments, however, the rate still seems to be attached somehow on the back end.
For all enrollments other than the EE only tier, the rates are incorrectly adding the 2018 regular POS rate and the old 2018 mid range POS rate together.

Would you be able to remove the Old 2018 Mid Range POS regular rate from the POS plan and recalculate the enrollments?
For instance, Noemy Abboud should show: EE rate $334.21, ER Rate: $1,0023.63

Could you please have these rates updated on a priority status as they are starting their OE on 11/13/17?
