Termination Date on class change variance import vs manual update

Hello,

This was noticed last week on The Packard Companies in Production. Nathaniel processed class changes to update records from FT to PT and vice versa. When importing the records a 01/01/2018 change date was used on the import file - for those records impacted it applied the company level termination date rules for those now in a benefit ineligible (PT) class. We expected the system to recognize the class change effective 01/01/2018 and term the coverage as of 12/31/2017.

We tested a user record by manual update using the UI to change class as of 01/01/2018 and saw the appropriate 12/31/2017 benefit term date apply.

The system should be operating the same regardless of manually updating or importing mass changes.

Cindy noticed the same on Elite Staffing as well.
