Login > forgot Password > Add User ID > keep Company Name blank > Next > update company name now > Insert security answer 1 and 2 (correct answers) > Even though your answers are correct "Please enter valid input." Text will appear and you will not be moved further
so, user will get blocked.
Suggestion:
1. Make the Company Name field mandatory or consider Company name added in next page during validating the security answers

Hello Priya Dhamande,
Concern: If we enter correct answers then also it throws error correct 'Please enter valid input'.
Cause: System load security questions sequence as per random number. When there is even number, then it loads wrong Security Question code.
Correction: Code corrected for both the odd/even scenarios.

Login > forgot Password > Add User ID > keep Company Name blank > Next > update company name now > Insert security answer 1 and 2 (correct answers) > After entering correct security answers user will be able to move fither and reset password.
Verified employee login with newly reset password.
Working fine as expected.
