            Hello Priya Dhamande,

            We are working on this issue and issue is been fixed, Unit testing is remaining.
            Please find below 3C's for the issue-
            Concern: Production | IE 11 | UI | Forgot password Page | instruction patch appearing after clicking user id field

            Cause: Code wasn't in proper form, conditions wasn't handled properly, js issue.

            Correction: Handled all valid conditions to show/hide validation message for Username.
