Hi Team,
Client is in OE.
During OE client wanted to make change on Supp EE Full Time plan and Supp EE Part Time plan, cost and coverage tab. Allow salary display to No.
Since this has changd some EE are getting both 1x,2x,3x,4x,5x and $$ amount on the drop down. Please see screen shot on this particular one on how it is appearing.
I understand that because of her salary $63390.54, rounding up to $1000 = $64000. she selected 2x which is 128000, and reduction applied 65% at 65. She is 66 yr of age. so it is appearing correct with
$83,200.00.
The question is: since the reduction is applied, and the reduced amount is not in either 2x or 3x drop down. it is in between. Since its in between would is show like this for all the members where reduction is applied?
How this change has impacted other members enrolled in both plans. This might confuse client and subscribers.
Please advise.
