Hello Development Team,
Tony Lee from Keenan reported Meditech payroll file issue for MRTX. Below was his message:
Can you look into the payroll file that was sent over to Mission Regional Medical Center yesterday. I just had a call with their HR staff, please see the issues mentioned below.
1. Employees are coming over with 2017 and 2018 rates.
2. Employees that are non smokers are coming over with a smoker payroll code.
3. Codes that had original had 0’s in front are now missing the 0.
Mission will be providing me more examples on Monday if you need them. Can we have this file updated and resent as soon as possible.
I have already tried deleting run date and set current year flag to 'No', but deduction code still coming out incorrectly. I have set the current year flag back to 'Yes'. Example FT employees affected are NAOMI SHIMAMOTO and AURORA ROCHA. They both are non-smokers according to nicotine selection = B. on their account. Their family medical coverage are coming out on file incorrectly as deduction code 006.8, but should be getting 006.4 for non-smokers. I have attached the deduction codes crosswalk for review. Let us know if you need additional info from us. For issue #3 above, I think it's related to how the client open the csv file but I already explained to them possible cause is from opening file from MS Excel. Suggested opening from either textpad or notepad. If you do see the 0 missing from any deduction codes, please let us know.
Thank you,
Alex
