This issue was due to length of active company ids were set to 1000 characters but on production it was getting exceed than defined length. We have already resolved this issue under WT-11395 but it was not pushed to Production. While checking this also found that page level access was there for partner login to populate list of users (CA, Broker, etc). This was also resolved in WT-10800 but not pushed on production due to approval.
For now we have resolved both issue (i.e. Enhance character limit & page level access for partner login) on production but it will get fixed on all environment after deployment of WT-11395 & WT-10800.
