      Description

      we have several Medical records that are exporting 02/01/2018 effective dates (position 250). we have the field mapped to the Health Tier Policy No Effective Date. the IM check several of these participants and they have 1/1/2017 effective dates. can you provide analysis as to why this is happening? see the attached file and layout. your assistance is appreciated. thanks!
