      Description

      Hi!,

      Per the client:

      EE – H. Chaparala created a Health Savings Account Update QE and is trying to update for 12/1/2017
      the yearly Employer cost is showing 4,000.00 which is incorrect. It should only be 2,000. The plans for 2017 have not been touched or altered in any way.

      Please research and advise as to why this issue is happening again.

      This issue is similar to issue in ticket WT-12022
