Charleys - Reports verifying settings.

Hi Team,
Could someone verify the settings on the report as per the direction below.

1- Cobra Term Report-
a. The Password is charleys@2017.
b. It will be in Excel format and will run each month on the 25th starting from 11/25/17 at 8:00am PST.

2- Eligibility Report – every 11/20 at 6:00pm This didnt get fired and no one received it.
b. The name of report is : -Charleys Eligibility Report It goes to both Liz and myself.
c. The Password is charleys@2017
d. Starting from 11/20/17 at 6:00pm PST weekly

3- Add Change Term Report: This report will run monthly starting from 11/27/17 at 15:45PST, every 27th of each month.
a. This will capture monthly changes, The Password is charleys@2017.
b. Name of Report is Charleys Monthly change Report.
