Hi Priya Dhamande,
Mapped rate for this plan (i.e. Basic AD&D) getting terminated on 2018-10-31 but we are pulling report with end date as after the rates termination date. So for now it is showing blank value. We have already open JIRA (i.e. WT-11650) for this.
Suppose we have pulled report with or before date 2018-10-31 then it is showing proper values on Enrollment Report. Those elections are terminating after End date of report only for those records value will appear.
While audit all other companies also please check same scenario. For now this behavior exists for all companies.
