Issue: there is cost on Confirmation Statement for Dental Plan and on Report it is showing blank.

Hi Priya Dhamande,

Mapped rate for this plan (i.e. Premier - Active Dental/Vision PPO) getting terminated on 2017-12-31 but we are pulling report with end date as after termination date. So for now it is showing blank value. We have already open JIRA (i.e. WT-11650) for this.

Suppose we have pulled report with or before date 2017-12-31 then it is showing proper values on Enrollment Report. Those elections are terminating after End date of report only for those records value will appear.

While audit all other companies also please check same scenarios. For now this behavior exists for all companies.
