      Add Change Term Report error.snag

      Hello Dev Team
      Add Change Term Report for all Prime Healthcare-related sites are received every Monday morning by AE, however this week the AE did not receive the reports.

      she attempted to run an individual report, and receive a "Server encountered an internal error" message (see attached). The same result received for all locations tested.

      Prime Healthcare Workterra sites include:
      AH, CHMC, Coshocton, EastLiverpool, EHMC, HMC, Hospitality, KMC, MHIN, MRTX, Prime Healthcare, PrimeHealthcare, PMC, and SRMC
