Hi Kira Hamilton,

This is employee specific issue. I added a test employee and is able go through tunnel for all pages.
I not able to find out the root cause, but I have tried to give a work around. I have reset last visited page url for this employee. Now I can go past the landing page for this employee.
Please check and let us know if this is working. Also let us know if any other employee is facing similar issue.

I have scanned all employees for this company. I found one more employee to which i have reset the last visited url . I tried to reproduce this issue but not able to reproduce it. Can you please check it on various browsers ?

We tried reproduce this issue with other EEs on Mozilla Firefox and Chrome Browsers.
Weren't able to reproduce this issue.
We are looking for more options to reproduce.

We tried to reproduce this issue trying various Scenarios.

1. Checked EEs system utilization and tried to reproduce the issue in same Environment.
2. Checked on All browsers.

However, this is issue was not reproduced in any case.
Request you to please let us know is this kind of issue occurs again in furture.
