      Description

      Hello,

Developing a new file for Employbridge in production named "Employbridge_InfoArmor Identity Theft". There is a field named Unique ID where i need to use employee social security number and attach a sequence number for dependents.

On Spouse and Child subtemplates, I mapped "Employee Social Security No." and "Enrollment Enrolled Member Sequence No" and i am only getting the sequence number on the file and not ssn.

Can this please be corrected ASAP as i need to send a test file out.

      Thanks,
      Chris

            Hello Chris:

Please unmap Enrollment Enrolled Member Sequence No as of now since we are facing some issue with it and map,

Employee Social Security No + Spouse Information Sequence Number on spouse subtemplate in multiple field mapping
            &
Employee Social Security No + Child information sequence number on child subtemplate in multiple field mapping.

The above combination is giving unique values which i have verified on HSPL company and you can use it for now.

I tried observing different scenarios with the field Enrollment Enrolled Member Sequence No it is observed that it is not working when mapped with multiple field like social security no, Employee ID , or any other field.
Issue is only with field Enrollment Enrolled Member Sequence No which when used in multiple mapping only exporting sequence number. other multiple field combination is working fine like the one mentioned above

            Please check the same. WT-12453

            Thanks
            S Prashant
