Hello,
Prime Healthcare is attempting to run a "Neither Enrolled Nor Waived Report" for several facilities. Once the Server Errors were fixed today, I also tried to run this report, added all classes, changed the dates to 1/1/17 to 1/1/18, and Previewed the report. No report generates.
This is the custom report that Jamie Gomez from Prime created. Please see screenshot: 
I also ran a report called: For Dev. review_TEST and it did not create. Please advise

I have attempted to re-run a new report for the same dates listed above and received a blank screen

We verified report "2017 Neither waive nor enrolled for Medical" under Standard Reports.
We tried executing it with attached 
selection, where we selected less criteria. Report executed successfully. For current selection blank report is getting generated.
We need to check if there is any report time out issue due to which blank screen is appearing.
As of now, could you please check this report by selecting less criteria.

Apologies that earlier suggested fix did not work.
From existing field selection, could you please remove cost related fields. Please refer below screen shot:
Selection of these fields is causing a performance issue due to which blank report is appearing. Also, we have customized this report to find list of employees who neither waive nor were enrolled in selected benefit type, for which cost related details are not required.
Have tried mentioned customization on "2017 Neither waive nor enrolled for Medical" under Standard Reports, after which it is executing successfully.

We do not found Jamie Gomez -Neither Enrolled Nor Waived Report on prime Healthcare. However, there is another report with name 'Neither Enrolled Nor Waived Report' is present. We tried that and found no records reported. Are we considering right report?
