Rogers_UMR 1500_MED not exporting 2017 data information

      Description

      we have several employees that are exporting on the file but their plan information is not exporting. Example - 394906553 Alan,Joshua

      my build/mapping appears correct. the enrollment looks correct. can you assist on why these records are not exporting the plan information.

      Refer to positions 238 - 269 from the attached layout and prod file. Your assistance is appreciated.

          We have policy numbers correction, Please check 2017 effective dates are populating when CY flag is YES and 2018 effective dates when CY flag is NO.

          Verified Rogers_UMR 1500_MED template with CY flag is YES ,2017 effective dates are populating as expected
          and CY flag NO, 2018 effective dates are populating as expected.

          Yes, We have verified policy numbers also for 2018. Policy numbers exported properly along with its effective dates on file when CY flag is set to NO.
