There is no issue with the build/mapping.

You have mapped Health Tier Policy No. in the mapping between positions 238 - 269 in layout on production file.

After the verification from the backend, it is observed that Currently these employees do not have Health Tier Policy No in the system.

Policy numbers which were active from 01/01/2017 - 12/31/2017 were termed with never effective date of 12/31/2016 on 11/16/2017.

And the new policy no's for the plan are made effective from 01/01/2018 along with employee's change effective date of 01/01/2018
Therefore presently these employees do not have policy numbers in the system due to which the plan information is blank on the files.

Yes Amanda Hagan, they were termed with 12/31/2016 earlier they were effective till 12/31/2017. this change happened on 11/16/2017.

In according to term policy number with 12/31/17 for EE Alan Joshua, please change eligibility rule of Plan B Choice Plus mapping.
So that we will recalculate it.

We have policy numbers correction, Please check 2017 effective dates are populating when CY flag is YES and 2018 effective dates when CY flag is NO.

and CY flag NO, 2018 effective dates are populating as expected.

Yes, We have verified policy numbers also for 2018. Policy numbers exported properly along with its effective dates on file when CY flag is set to NO.
