I have been receiving weekly reports since March for Prime Healtcare locations showing anyone who had benefit changes/terminations. I have made no changes to the reports since initiating them. However, I have not received any Age/Change/Term Reports for the last 2 weeks. Attached is report showing that the report has failed each time. Please advise as to what is suddenly creating these failures.
I should receive weekly Add/Change/Term Reports from the following 13 locations (but stopped receiving all of them 2 weeks ago):
