I have been receiving weekly reports since March for Prime Healtcare locations showing anyone who had benefit changes/terminations. I have made no changes to the reports since initiating them. However, I have not received any Age/Change/Term Reports for the last 2 weeks. Attached is report showing that the report has failed each time. Please advise as to what is suddenly creating these failures.
I should receive weekly Add/Change/Term Reports from the following 13 locations (but stopped receiving all of them 2 weeks ago):

Following are the 3Cs:
Concern:
Scheduled Reports have failed last 2 weeks
Cause:
Reports related patch was deployed in Production environment on 25-Nov-2017. In this patch, there were database as well as business logic changes related to Static Reports. Latest report dll was not deployed for Report Scheduler service but database related changes were updated for all companies. Due to this there was mismatch in code and database which caused error while processing report. This has only impacted the schedules related to Static Reports. WT-12614_ImpactedReportSchedules.xlsx
contains list of failed schedules.
Correction:
Latest reports dll is now deployed for Report Scheduler Service. Scheduled reports will get delivered as per their upcoming schedules.
