We have not found 12/4/2017 export of Dependent, Participant and Coverage group template. The Prime Healthcare_NEW HR Simplified COBRA DEPENDENT_Group last exported on 11/30/2017 and above employees dependents were not roll out on this export file. Please find below snap of view exported.

But still if you want to re-trigger Kristi Ayala on coverage template for Dental and Vision plan, will do please confirm?

Sorry for the confusion Ganesh Sadawarte. I just realized that there's three Group Templates for HR Simplified COBRA, but gave you the wrong one. Can you have a look at Group Template Prime Healthcare_NEW HRSimplified_COBRA Coverage_Group and either export date 11/30/17 or 12/4/17? I ran another export to check, but Kristi Ayala is still missing on the COBRA coverage file. She only needs the medical election, because the Dental and Vision is already received. Can you retrigger the medical for her HR Simplified COBRA?

We have made necessary changes at back-end to re-trigger this record on next export.
You don't have to delete any run-date from template. Thanks.

Hi Vinayak Kulkarni,

I looked at the recent HR Simplified COBRA participant and coverage files, but I don't see former employee, Kristi Ayala, on any of the 12/7/17 and 12/14/17 files. Seems like the coverage file stopped sending after 11/30/17, and this is concerning because the participant files have been exporting on 12/7/17 and 12/14/17. I verified the coverage template shows that it's live and didn't see any file failure from workterradex.

Can you check to see if anything needs to be done to the coverage file? It seems to stop exporting and also why the employee is not on any of the recent participant files.

We have 2 issues here,

There was some issue while correcting her record from back-end last time, Now we have corrected it properly. Please check.

#2 Cobra Coverage file stopped exporting

Group template's Prime Healthcare_NEW HRSimplified_COBRA Coverage_Group
schedule start date is change to "2018-12-07 15:00:00.000" on 12/04 by you. Please start date to year 2017.

Note: Please export all these 3 group file at once to get them aligned, send them to vendor informing coverage file did not run on 12/07 and 12/14 whereas participant and dependent file ran on those dates.
Coverage records for those participant file ( 12/7 and 12/14) will export on next run.

Appreciate the fix, Vinayak Kulkarni. Sorry I must have changed the delivery date out to following week 12/7/17 to give time for fixing the record and any changes to the template, but somehow 2018 date was selected by mistake. Reason I do this date change under delivery tab is, because many global template would auto export the file once we make any small changes and saving it. It happened to me with other global templates I worked with in the past. I should have looked at this date closely, before letting it run on its own.

I have exported all 3 cobra files (dependent, participant, and coverage) today and notified the carrier. I do see Kristi Ayala now on the participant and coverage files
